6 Best Ways to Overcome Angriness

6 Best Ways to Overcome Anger

Anger is bad for you and people around you. Nothing can be achieved if you are angry as, it doesn't solve anything, it builds nothing but it can destroy everything. There are 6 best ways to overcome anger & to live a happy life.

 1. A bad Habit

First of all, you should be aware of the fact that there is no benefit to be angry & it is a really bad habit. You should know that you can achieve more in a discussion than an argument.

In a discussion you can put logic and sense in a statement, but when a person is angry, their mouth works faster than their minds and they can talk without thinking, which they may regret later in life.  Always remember that you don't have to be angry whatever happens. By not showing anyone that you are angry and by putting your angriness in speaking logically will help you to achieve more in a discussion.

2.Leave The Scene Immediately

If you are unable to control your anger and about to explode, leave the scene immediately. Not leaving the scene might be a bad idea if you are not able to control yourself.

If you are having an argument with a loved one, also tell them to close the topic
and talk later about it when everything is calm as you and your loved ones don't want to hurt each other.

3. Long Walk

After leaving the scene immediately, take a long fast walk and don't think about anything that makes you angry. Just forget about the topic and think about something pleasurable and the things that makes you happy.
Specially keep this in your mind that this is not the end of the world, you have a life ahead and you can solve the situation later on in life properly and efficiently with peace.

4. Deep Breaths

If you cannot walk as its raining or snowing outside. Find an empty room & take long breaths. Wear ear pads if you can still hear noise from outside. Close your eyes, sit in a comfortable position & take long breaths. Inhale from nose, exhale from mouth, try to stop breath as long as you can after inhaling & then exhale. Try to empty your mind or focus on thinking about anything which makes you calm like a peaceful beach in my case.  If you cannot think about anything calm then just try to focus on your breath.

5. Listen Music

Studies have shown that music is a powerful tool to relax your mind. Listen whatever music you like but avoid those which provoke violence. Hear the songs which makes you happy and motivated in a positive manner.

6. Don't think about it

It is hard to forget the reason for which you are angry, but try your best to just forget about it. Thinking about it will only harm you and it is kind of punishing yourself for the mistakes of others, so just don't think about it. Get busy in something else and engage your mind in the job you are doing, like hitting gym or gardening or whatever your favorite hobby is. Be with Grin to stay up to date with the amazing world info which is very vital these days, like us on Facebook & connect with us.
